Let guests chat with users but do not return any full contact data. Communicating with a user requires authentication with validated contact info for the user.

Filter returned context to mask any information contained in the user record (email, phone, etc.) and mark as edited (make edited a list of strings to show on frontend so people know they need to register an account)
